We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you’ve purchased from BLB within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Please send us a message to support@browslashesbeauty.ie. When mailing your returns to BLB please ensure you include your name, business name, e-mail address, contact number and reason for returning.

Once you return is received and approved, we will send you a notification and process a refund. 

Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.

The shipping costs associated with the return of an items are responsibilities of the customer.

All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
